Maggie's (Party!) Meatballs

My friend Maggie made these meatballs at a couple parties she hosted, and I think I could eat a bucket.
She was kind enough to share her recipe.

Maggie's Meatballs

Ingredients
28 oz. frozen meatballs
15 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 yellow pepper, chopped fine
1/2 - 3/4 c. cider vinegar
juice from the canned pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbs. cornstarch
optional: soy sauce

Mix ingredients and pour over meatballs in the slow-cooker.
Cook on high for a couple hours.
Serve over rolls, or with rice.
