Pineapple Cake

Pineapple Cake

Mix and bake one box yellow cake mix according to directions. 
While cake is still hot, poke holes with a fork, then evenly pour
20 oz. can undrained, crushed pineapple over cake. 
Let cake cool.
Mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding with 1 c. cold milk. 
Mix with 1 small container Cool Whip and spread evenly over cake. 
Top with shredded coconut.
