Vinaigrette ala Mark Bittman

Dear amazing Holly sent an amazing cookbook by Mark Bittman. Now I like to quote Mark Bittman - for fun, pretending I know what I'm talking about.

Here is his oh-so-simple base for wonderful salad dressing.

1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup any wine vinegar or balsalmic
2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Mix, or shake in a jar to emulsify.

Lots of options for add-ins!
