French Toast - the way we like it!

 We're not French, and I'm sure there are many variations.

But this is the ratio we've come to enjoy:

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup milk

4 slices hearty sandwich bread

I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

Enjoy with more butter, syrup, and/or powdered sugar.
